Group Exercise Class Cancellations

*Morey Courts and McLaren Fitness will be closed on Thanksgiving and Friday, November  23rd and 24th. No group exercises classes on those days.

Group Exercise News & Updates

There have been a few changes to the Group Exercise Schedule. Take a look to see if a class you regularly attend has been changed. 

New Classes THIS Fall:

Kettlebell Core Strength - Start your morning feeling powerful! Combine strength training and aerobic exercise for a FULL BODY workout that incorporates multiple muscle groups at once. This power filled class taught by Amy Ross will be on Wednesday 5:30-6:15 AM starting September 6th.  All levels are welcome.   

MORE Evening Cycling Classes- We welcome our newest group exercise instructor Cory! Cory shares his passion of helping others celebrate fitness in confidence and determination. Cory's 45 Min Cycling class is perfect for the after work crowd on Monday and Tuesday 5:30 - 6:15 PM. 

Serenity & StretchCalm and center your inner spirit as we focus on restoring energy and calm through guided, mindfulness meditative stretching. This 45 minute class will allow for both standing and sitting stretches. Modifications are available for anyone who prefers to use a chair in place of sitting on the floor. All classes will end with a moment of time laying on your back to complete the restoration of our inner calm (or sitting comfortably in a chair if preferred). Please note: This is not a Yoga class. Serenity & Stretch will be offered at McLaren Fitness on Wednesday evenings 7 - 7:45 PM. This class begins Wednesday September 6th.

Rise & Grind- Join Cory every Tuesday and Thursday morning 5:30 - 6:30 AM for a strength and conditioning class designed to help you experience your most powerful self. Develop total strength, power, muscular endurance, and aerobic & anaerobic conditioning.

Join Barb at McLaren Fitness Monday and Wednesday 10-11 AM & Thursday 10:45-11:45 AM
